About the Role: Qube Agri are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to join the team at Qube Agri Newcastle.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this role is essential in facilitating effective communication between maintenance teams and operational staff, ensuring that all maintenance activities are aligned with operational requirements and timelines.
The successful candidate will possess strong time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, high accuracy for data entry, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and exemplary communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with relevant teams to publish maintenance schedules with consideration to operational requirements Coordinate maintenance intervals in line with Operational Requirements Regular upkeep of the CMMS to ensure all sites are updated with latest asset information and policies in accordance with OEM requirements Procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment Monitoring and reviewing maintenance tasks against agreed timings Liaise with contractors and suppliers Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent time management abilities and capacity to prioritise tasks effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CMMS and other windows-based software Technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering Knowledge of plant maintenance Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive workplace culture Benefits Up to 50% off gyms, studios, active wear, healthy meals, supplements, recovery and more through the Qube Fit program.
