Asset Planning & Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing schedules for planned, reactive, and follow-on maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage schedules for planned, reactive, and follow-on maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate service and vendor partners for timely task execution and resolution.
  • Submit and manage purchase orders in real-time, maintaining clear audit trail.
  • Keep the Asset Register current with updates across sites, portfolios, and evolving infrastructure needs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (CIPs) and respond to shifting requirements with agility.
  • Govern all day-to-day asset planning tasks and scheduling operations efficiently.
  • Lead supplier governance activities, including recurring meetings and performance reviews.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities planning, scheduling, and asset lifecycle management within complex environments.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance software.
  • Exceptional coordination and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-compliance setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and collaborate across operational teams.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement, data integrity, and performance outcomes.
