As a key member of the Packaging Maintenance Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our packaging lines through effective maintenance scheduling.
Your day-to-day tasks will focus on minimising equipment downtime and aligning maintenance activities with production needs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for packaging equipment to maximise uptime and reduce unplanned breakdowns.
Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance plans with operational priorities and minimise disruptions.
Monitor maintenance performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
Work closely with the Planner and Packaging Maintenance Manager to organise repair and maintenance activities efficiently and cost-effectively.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with maintenance data recording and interpretation is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
