About the role
This Organisational Development Consultant supports the design and development of innovative, effective, and sustainable people initiatives to contribute to organisational performance and employee engagement.
Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, the key focus areas of this role include leadership development, cultural change, engagement initiatives, process improvement and talent management.
The variety and challenge in this role will come from the following duties:

- Design and build effective people programs that improve organisational capability while delivering constructive people experience in support of the People Strategy.
- Facilitate various forums including workshops and professional development programs.
- Partner with P&C and Operations to analyse and identify organisational needs including proposing evidence-based people related interventions.
- Design best practice approaches including communications and training interventions to support organisational development activities (instructional design skills).
- Influence organisational culture, in line with the people strategy that supports individuals to be and work at their best.

This role is a 3 month secondment and primary location is based out of offices in Burwood East. You may be required to travel or transfer between your primary work location and other ESTA sites to effectively carry out your duties.

About you

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- A Tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management or related discipline and relevant experience.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies/associations such as AHRI.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing leadership programs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing cultural change strategies and programs of work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Intermediate level of expertise in LMS desirable
