Workforce Strategy Specialist or Lead

This role is part of our People Consulting team, where we help organisations achieve their goals through effective workforce strategy and organisational design. As a specialist or lead in this field, you will be responsible for delivering client projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to complex challenges.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes by collaborating with EY colleagues and clients.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to support clients in solving their workforce and business challenges.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities and support the growth of EY's services.

At the senior consultant level, you will also be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project teams, and owning solution design. This includes developing end-to-end solutions that balance client requirements with practical implementation.

  • Strong technical skills in workforce strategy and organisational design.
  • Proven ability to work with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
