**About the role**

The Employee Experience team has a strategy of growth in place with a focus on defining our aspirational culture and provide the programs & frameworks to support it.

We have some great foundations in place, and now we are looking for the right people to help run and re-invent our approach to these frameworks to ensure they are aligned to the aspirational culture we are looking to create.

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager - Culture and Frameworks, the Organisational Development Consultant focuses on delivering and improving frameworks for performance management, career development, talent and succession, employee engagement, and others are required.

**What you'll be accountable for..**

Performance and Development Framework
- Ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of our performance and development cycle
- Enhance and embed our mentoring platform and career development tools.
- Lead a review of our performance and development cycle, making the relevant adjustments to ensure it is effective and helps to embed our aspirational culture.

Employee Engagement and Culture Measurement
- Improve and execute our current employee engagement survey.
- Ensure our business partners and leaders are equipped to act on results.
- Review and align our employee feedback mechanisms to ensure they appropriately measure our aspirational culture.

Talent and Succession
- Develop and implement renewed approach to talent and succession planning.
- Manage the ongoing delivery of talent and succession planning processes.

Organisational Development Projects
- Execute bespoke organisational development projects as needed.

**What you'll bring to the team...**
- You have proven experience in the design and delivery of organisational development programs and frameworks that help shape organisational culture. In particular this includes performance management, career development, talent and succession and engagement / culture measurement.
- You have strong project and communication planning skills, with the ability to map out the steps to successfully implement people frameworks at scale, as well as delivering the communications required to ensure change is adopted.
- You are great at building relationships and stakeholder engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, and understand the value in working closely with other teams and individuals across the organisation to enable success (e.g., P&C Business Partners, internal communications)
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and are confident in communicating with large groups
- You are able to consult with stakeholders to determine needs, propose solutions and at times facilitate conversations to achieve the desired outcomes.
- You can work through ambiguity, be flexible and happy to pivot and jump into new work where the need arises.
