Generous discounts on all brands - Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger & Van HeusenPaid Parental Leave Scheme as per Company PolicySummertime hours scheduleCorporate discount with MedibankEmployee activities calendarAnnual Flu Shot ClinicFree membership to Headspace meditation appAccess to Employee Assistance programReferral bonusStrong focus on Corporate ResponsibilityInclusive, diverse, and equal opportunity employerAbout the role:In this role you will work closely with the Brand Marketing Managers and CRM & E-Commerce teams to deliver a consumer focused, data led digital strategy for Tommy Hilfiger & Van Heusen.We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is quick-thinking as well as highly adaptable.Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for amplifying campaigns, products and consumer messaging across our paid and earned digital channelsLiaise closely with Brand Marketing team and CRM Team to ensure a consumer focused, data led digital strategy that aligns to global and local brand strategiesPlan and execute content and creative across organic and paid social platforms, display, SEM, affiliates and EDM.Measure and report on ROI and KPI's for delivery and effectiveness of campaigns across digital channelsIn partnership with agencies, implement strategic A/B test & learn cases to refine elements, maximise engagement and increase conversionAdhoc reporting and digital admin as requiredAbout you:2+ years proven experience in digital marketing including paid performance (SEM, affiliate, display, social media) & content planningProficiency with Google Analytics & Ads Manager, Social Media Platforms, Meta Business Manager, MS OfficeExperience in Salesforce, CRM or CDP Platforms preferred but not essentialAbility to manage multiple brands and deadlinesProactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with market trendsPrevious copy writing experience and outstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbout The CompanyPVH is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
