We're looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. If you're confident using tools like Marketo, Knack, Sprout Social, Artificial Intelligence and love using data to drive results, we want to hear from you.

About The Role

You'll support the design and execution of email, SMS, and social campaigns across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to re-engagement—working with automation tools and driving measurable business impact. You'll also collaborate with our sales, content, and product teams to optimise digital channels and support growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Support end-to-end campaign development (email, SMS, social): briefing, building, testing, scheduling, and analysing.
• Leveraging generative & agentic Artificial Intelligence to scale social & digital marketing outcomes.
• Designing branded, responsive emails in Knak
• Generating content for socials campaigns
• Distributing social media campaigns with Sprout Social to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Reddit.
• Building customer communication calendar aligned to business priorities
• Executing A/B tests and optimising campaign performance
• Driving personalisation and segmentation strategies
• Writing and editing marketing content with strong attention to tone and brand
• Creating automated workflows and lifecycle marketing journeys in Marketo
  
  

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in a digital marketing role

Experience with automated tools (e.g. Sprout, Zapier, n8n, Marketo, Knak or similar) to streamline workflows and scale social & digital marketing outcomes

Experience leveraging generative & agentic AI to scale social & digital marketing outcomes

Strong understanding of lead generation, email marketing, and social strategy

Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and act on insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Financial Services Industry Experience Is Essential.

Experience with Microsoft/Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc.)
