About the role:
In this role you will work closely with the Brand Marketing Managers and CRM & E-Commerce teams to deliver a consumer focused, data led digital strategy for Tommy Hilfiger & Van Heusen.
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is quick-thinking as well as highly adaptable.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for amplifying campaigns, products and consumer messaging across our paid and earned digital channels
Liaise closely with Brand Marketing team and CRM Team to ensure a consumer focused, data led digital strategy that aligns to global and local brand strategies
Plan and execute content and creative across organic and paid social platforms, display, SEM, affiliates and EDM.
Measure and report on ROI and KPI's for delivery and effectiveness of campaigns across digital channels
In partnership with agencies, implement strategic A/B test & learn cases to refine elements, maximise engagement and increase conversion
Adhoc reporting and digital admin as required
About you:
2+ years proven experience in digital marketing including paid performance (SEM, affiliate, display, social media) & content planning
Proficiency with Google Analytics & Ads Manager, Social Media Platforms, Meta Business Manager, MS Office
Experience in Salesforce, CRM or CDP Platforms preferred but not essential
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with market trends
Previous copy writing experience and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
