**Quality Assurance Technical Specialist**

RACQ Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Technical Specialist. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that quality assurance principles, frameworks, and processes are meticulously designed, reviewed, and adhered to within our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Identify improvement opportunities through timely reporting on member experience, operational trends, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues, recommend appropriate remediation, and analyse data to assess staff performance in line with Member Experience & Claims Excellence Principles.
- Provide advice, support, and assistance to insurance stakeholders in identification, management, and analysis of assurance outcomes.
- Assist in coaching and developing team members, supporting decision-making, and driving performance improvements.
- Analyse data to provide key insights for capability and training, process simplification, and system enhancements.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to the Insurance Quality Assurance Framework.
- Ensure adherence to cost-effective practices in day-to-day processes and activities.

**About You**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Financial services/insurance industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of insurance products, processes, systems, business practices, and regulatory obligations.
- Knowledge and understanding of Assurance frameworks.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills for reporting and analysis.
- Research and analytical skills, including data collection and analysis.
- Ability to manage competing demands, assign priorities, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated success in the design, development and delivery of process support and remediation in response to identified needs and specifications, appropriately utilising the range of best practice business techniques.

- Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word.
