**Insurance Quality Assurance Advisor**

Are you passionate about ensuring quality and continuous improvement in Insurance activities? RACQ Insurance is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Advisor. Reporting to the Manager Quality Assurance, you will play a vital role in auditing claims and underwriting activities, providing valuable insights, and contributing to the enhancement of service quality.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Provide feedback on assurance audit findings to Team Leaders and relevant management teams.
- Liaise with management to ensure Quality Assurance requirements are met.
- Plan and schedule quality audits to achieve objectives.
- Conduct quality audits on individuals, sections, and divisions accurately and timely.
- Provide QA reporting and actively contribute to departmental investigations.
- Identify and fulfill compliance obligations, reporting breaches as encountered.
- Regular interaction with other RACQ employees and occasional interaction with external stakeholders/members.

**About You**:

- Minimum five years of Insurance claims management experience.
- Capacity to work towards ANZIIF qualification or equivalent, tertiary qualifications in business, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Insurance legislation.
- Sound knowledge of Insurance Claims & Underwriting processes, practices, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of insurance claims quality audit processes.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver high-impact presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to develop productive business relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office Professional.
