Job Title: Quality Assurance Technical Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled technical advisor to play a crucial role in ensuring quality assurance principles, frameworks, and processes are meticulously designed, reviewed, and adhered to.

About the Role:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement through timely reporting on operational trends and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues, recommend remediation, and analyse data to assess performance.
  • Provide advice, support, and assistance to stakeholders in identification, management, and analysis of assurance outcomes.
  • Assist in coaching and developing team members, supporting decision-making, and driving performance improvements.
  • Analyse data to provide key insights for capability and training, process simplification, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to cost-effective practices in day-to-day activities.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services/insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance products, processes, systems, business practices, and regulatory obligations.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including data collection and analysis.
  • Able to manage competing demands, assign priorities, and meet deadlines.
