Two 12-month opportunities are available for experienced Quality and Capability Advisors in Brisbane or Sydney.

Responsibilities
  • Review life claims with accuracy and fairness
  • Provide feedback and coaching to help the team improve
  • Analyse data and share insights with senior leaders
  • Support quality assurance processes and frameworks
  • Assess capability and recommend authority levels
  • Run deep dive audits to uncover trends and risks

About the role

We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. As a Quality and Capability Advisor, you'll be the go-to for technical audits and quality reviews. You'll help the team grow through coaching, reporting and smart insights, and your work will guide training, improve processes and support better outcomes.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Review life claims with accuracy and fairness
  • Give feedback and coaching to help the team improve
  • Analyse data and share insights with senior leaders
  • Support quality assurance processes and frameworks
  • Help assess capability and recommend authority levels
  • Run deep dive audits to uncover trends and risks
About you

You're experienced in life claims and know exactly what quality looks like. You're a clear communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others grow. Curious and analytical by nature, you're not afraid to dive into the data to uncover insights and drive improvement. We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong technical experience in life claims
  • Knows quality frameworks and risk management
  • Understands the insurance and superannuation landscape
  • Builds great relationships with stakeholders
  • Communicates clearly and solves complex problems
  • Can lead projects and present insights with confidence
  • Has a knack for turning data into action
  • Ideally holds a relevant tertiary qualification
