Customer Lead - Builders & Consumer

Reece Group's Consumer & Builder team is responsible for all consumer marketing activities as well as our important Builder customers. The major focus for this position is on the Bathrooms portfolio, inspiring our customers with engaging communications, best in market services and brilliant customer experiences in-store and online.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Leader - Consumer & Builder; the Marketing Customer Lead is responsible for attracting, retaining and growing our customer base by identifying and creating valuable, innovative and differentiated customer experiences.
This is a parental leave contract position, based at our new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Cremorne, Vic. We are open to hearing from those interested in working part-time (3 days min) or full-time for the 12-month duration.
This position is responsible for all Consumer and Builder customer marketing activities. The major focus is the Bathrooms portfolio, inspiring our customer with engaging communications, best in market services and brilliant customer experiences in-store and online.
Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
- Project Management of key business initiatives impacting our customers, from idea creation through to research, development and launch.
- Communications Management including the Customer Calendar, comprising of everything our customers see across our marketing touchpoints
- Drive media efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring we hit sales targets and continuously improve ROI
- Brand custodian across advertising, supporting the overall Reece proposition and delivering improved brand metrics
- Agency management, including creative, media and insight partners
- Partnerships & Sponsorship management, including The Block and key brand ambassador partners
- Deliver strategic improvements to the in-store experiences across our Bathroom Showrooms, delighting our customers across all touchpoints
- Builder customer support and engagement, creating genuine partnerships with our key builder businesses to deliver value
- Use insights to unlock growth opportunities
- Reporting and budget management.
***About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong interest and curious approach to understanding how Reece works. You will be driven to develop incredible on and offline assets and customer experiences, with a focus on the Bathrooms category.
We're looking for a senior marketing leader with:
- Bachelor in Business/Marketing
- Minimum 8 years in marketing positions
- Solid team management skills
- Demonstrated capabilities in the areas of;
- Marketing Planning
- Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Social Media (Organic Growth, Influencers & Partnerships, Acquisition, Performance)
- Budget Management
- Media & Sponsorship
- Partner & Agency Management
- Brand Strategy development using business data and insights
- Innovation and Product Development
This is a part-time or full-time opportunity (3 days minimum), twelve-month contract position. We are open to discussing this with the right person
