**Description**:
We're looking for someone who loves great wine, great food and most of all gets a real kick out of giving great customer experiences in everything they do.

Prior experience in an Administration Support role in a busy hospitality venue will be advantageous, but not mandatory as full training will be provided.

This is a casual role over weekends and public holidays. Availability over weekends is a must.

**Skills and Experiences**:
A Healesville or Yarra Valley address would be ideal, along with:

- An understanding that to deliver a great wine and food service there's certain things that need to happen behind the scenes and a love of taking ownership of that for the team
- Excellent people engagement skills and the ability to deliver an "amazing customer experience" and provide equally amazing support to our team as needed
- An excellent phone manner with the ability to provide customers with local knowledge and options for their visit to the Yarra Valley
- Comfort with ambiguity - you get that sometimes your 'office' tasks can be interrupted because the customer comes first.
- A passion for food and wine along with an existing knowledge of the Yarra Valley region and it's offering to visitors as to help us pair with the Yarra Valley local community and its visitors
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (or enrolled to undertake)
- Bonus points if you've worked in the wine industry
