We are seeking a self-motivated, compassionate customer service and professional Sales / Branch Administrator to join the team at Cardiff - NSW.

With a solid reputation in the heating industry, we pride ourselves on manufacturing quality wood-heater and gas log fire products matched only by our quality customer service and competitive marketing strategy.

Part-Time | 24 Hour Week | 9am to 5pm | 3 days per week | Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- **Duties**:_
- Updating and maintaining all internal databases, spreadsheets and catalogues
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Supporting and preparing business proposals
- Sales Administration: quoting, ordering, invoicing, scheduling deliveries & product installation.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes if required
- Processing, maintaining and updating orders in the database
- Reception - Answering, responding to calls, queries, meet & greet customers
- Document preparation, photocopying and printing
- Ad hoc administrative duties as necessary
- Your ideal skills and characteristics should include:
**You will be an experienced Sales Coordinator with project coordination skills and a strong focus on customer service and helping others, as well as**:

- Demonstrated success in a Sales / Administration Coordinator role
- Experience developing reports using MS Excel and other internal software
- Technically savvy and well versed in various computer systems with intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Accurate attention to recording relevant sales data (Retail Express software)
- High degree of resilience, tolerance and initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills in MS PowerPoint

While heating appliance knowledge is not a necessity - excellent customer service, strong reporting and follow through skills incorporating close attention to detail is paramount.

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
