**About the role**

**This is a 14 month Hybrid Fixed term contract starting in April.**
- We have a Support Office position available within our Finance division based in Rhodes, Sydney. You will be working closely with our store network, retail teams and merchants to assist with banking administration enquiries._

**_ This Entry level role is a great stepping stone for someone interested in a career in Finance._**
- Ensure bank reconciliations are accurate and completed on a timely basis
- Provide support to our store network with regards to banking administration enquiries
- Ensure customer enquiries are actioned accurately and promptly
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
- Work closely with other teams to understand issues and develop solutions impacting bank reconciliations
- Ensure new store set ups are delivered in line with procedures and within agreed time frames
- Ensure store closures are also completed following the correct closing procedures
- Assisting with all Fleet plus accounts

**You will bring**
- Your focus and high-level attention to detail will be key to your success in this role
- You will have previous Reconciliations and administration experience
- Excellent high-level verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage with merchant and team members across all levels of our organisation
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Microsoft office packages
- An ability to multitask and meet deadlines, in a busy environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and be a great team player
