Job Summary

An experienced Administration Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day administration of a retail shopping centre in Sydney. This opportunity offers the chance to bring organisational skills and retail property expertise into a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and debt collection processes
  • Maintain tenant records, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and arrears management
  • Support the Centre Manager with daily operational tasks and tenant communication

Key Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience within retail property/shopping centres
  • Strong understanding of debt collection and arrears management
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
