**About your new role**

As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will be coordinating activities ensuring positive learning outcomes for our team members. You will coordinate and deliver engaging onboarding sessions to ensure new employees receive a warm welcome here at the Star Entertainment Group. Once onboard you will assist our employees and managers with any queries regarding courses, provide required training statistical data and assist with the preparation of course material.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in training / education / learning and development within a large organisation
- Tertiary qualification in HR, business, hospitality or a relevant field
- Proficiency in a variety of IT systems including Microsoft Office, Outlook, LMS.HRIS
- Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confidence in presenting and the ability to adapt to and overcome change
