They use data-driven insights to understand what customers truly want, working with local retailers to deliver personalised solutions that make a difference.

As the Brand Manager - Value, you will assist in the development and implementation of annual Value promotional & communications plan across retail channels. This role will also include you taking lead of a portfolio of value marketing propositions and communications across retail channels. This includes influencing shopper led line selection and approved media plans. You will be working across our key channels IGA, Super Value & Local Grocer.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute creative value initiatives for retail channels ensuring strong value call outs brand attribution.
- Ensure value campaigns have a consistent message and key visual across touchpoints with excellent communication with agencies, state teams, national promotions, merchandise teams and retailers.
- Timely close outs on all initiatives communicated with agreed insights and implications.
- Support the development of campaign assets including all product and price across shopper promotions & sales events EG Better Buys, Price Match, Weekly specials.
- Work closely with National Promotions, Retail Channel, Merchandise Category Managers and state teams to execute shopper led marketing plans.
- Key contact and partner for digital marketing team for value growth initiatives

What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience in brand or digital marketing.
- Strong experience engaging, networking and building relationships with diverse groups of internal & external stakeholders.
- Thrives in a high-performance culture with a 'can do' attitude.
- Experience managing complexity & being part of a large complex organisation.
- Strong agency management experience and shopper promotions
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and exceptional prioritisation and planning skills to deliver a wide variety of projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Commercial acumen with ability to understand P&L's, budgets.
