Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced National Key Account Manager to lead brand development in the delivery, QSR & lodging market segments.
Key responsibilities include increasing distribution, driving executional and activation outcomes, and ensuring stickability through effective field coverage strategies.
The manager will execute brand and occasional visibility in-store and online, drive online distribution and execution with delivery aggregators, and develop staff activation programs.
They will sell-in consumer promotions and marketing programs, deploy customer tone of voice brand activation, and maximise joint marketing investment to ensure premium brand activation.
Additionally, the National Key Account Manager will win new customers with delivery aggregators, win new key account groups, and drive vertical distribution.
They will work closely with marketing partners to deliver premium outcomes.
Requirements
3 years B2B Account Management experience
Experience with the Delivery and/or QSR market segments
Ability to diagnose win-win opportunities and develop value adding partnerships
Strong knowledge of premium brand execution and activation
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies across multiple channels
- Drive online distribution and execution with delivery aggregators
- Manage customer relationships and negotiate trading terms
- Oversee staff activation programs and ensure successful brand activation
