**About the Opportunity**

The Desktop Support Technician focuses in providing a responsive end user and infrastructure support capability for the RACV members and customers. We are looking for someone who's ready to deliver a high level of customer service in technical support.

**This could be just the right role for you**

You will be providing a high-quality customer service, including keeping all customers up to date on the progress of their incidents and requests and providing technical guidance to customers as well as escalating unresolved issues in a timely manner.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- A tertiary level degree in technology, computer science or equivalent
- ITIL certifications
- Excellent technical skills, particularly within the Microsoft stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- The ability to clearly articulate and describe technical concepts to non-technical people
