A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne CBD requires a Desktop Support Technician to join its IT Operations team for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. **Your new role**

In this exciting new role, you will be:

- Providing 1st & 2nd level onsite and remote IT support for multiple clients.
- Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high level IT issues escalated from the Service Desk.
- Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Collaborating with Senior Engineers, SMEs and Team Leaders on support issues.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in providing level 1 & 2 IT support both onsite and remote.
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Intune and / or SCCM is preferred.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is advantageous.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL, VMware, Veeam and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
- A current driver's license and vehicle.
- Australian Citizenship.
