**How will I help?**

We have an opportunity for a supervisor to join our Corporate Lending Operations (CLO) team which is part of WIB Operations.

In this role you support Corporate and Institutional Banking with Corporate loan processing. You will assist your team who will ensure all facility enrichments, drawdowns, repayment, reconciliation, and investigation obligations are met and customer service levels is at the highest level. As part of your role as Supervisor you will complete necessary checks, review risk components, and provide support to front office teams on deals and loans.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Specific product knowledge advantageous (Syndicated/Bilateral Loans/Agency)
- Specific system knowledge advantageous (LoanIQ)
- Excellent focus on attention to detail with the capability to work and make decisions in fast-paced environment
- Energetic and motivated, able to work well inside a group and broadly across an organisation
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to acquiring product and systems knowledgeFlexible team player with the ability to work under pressure
