Job Overview

This pivotal role plays a key part in delivering exceptional support to our Corporate & Institutional Bank customers, driving high performance within the team.

As a Sydney-based opportunity, regular attendance to the office (2-3 days per week) is required. This is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and foster a risk-aware culture within the team.
  • Contribute to daily servicing requirements and suggest ways to improve service levels.
  • Actively contribute to creating a collaborative culture that enables effective work across Lines of Business.
  • Manage loan and settlement processing in LoanIQ.
  • Action lending-related queries and investigations.
  • Provide solutions to customers and stakeholders.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure customer deliverables are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong banking operational experience.
  • Knowledge of corporate lending and LoanIQ desirable but not essential.
  • Previous people leadership/coaching experience with a proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • A strong focus on risk and compliance.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships across the organization.
