As a QA supervisor in our corporate lending operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high levels of customer service and accuracy in facility enrichments, drawdowns, repayments, reconciliation, and investigation obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily processing of facility enrichments, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, reconciliation, and investigation obligations are met
  • Escalate BAU issues and LOD risk incidents as appropriate
  • Complete accurate checklist items and escalate any unactioned items
  • Collaborate with peers to maintain consistent processes aligned with SOP's and control frameworks
  • Engage actively and positively in huddles and formal team meetings

You will work closely with your team to cover business needs and provide career development opportunities. You will also be responsible for embracing change initiatives and implementing them seamlessly within the required risk framework and process.

Requirements
  • Degree qualification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience coupled with supervisory experience
  • Product knowledge advantageous (syndicated/bilateral loans/agency)
  • Excellent focus on attention to detail with capability to work and make decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Highly motivated team player
