Job Title: Corporate Lending Operations Director We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Lending Operations team. This critical role plays a significant part in shaping the future of our business, creating better futures together. As Corporate Lending Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing a high-performing and skilled team focused on increasing customer satisfaction and utilising efficient business practices. Key Responsibilities include building a strong risk-aware culture within the team, fostering CORE by managing issues impacting customers and business partners, actively contributing to daily servicing requirements, and suggesting ways to improve service levels. You will also partner with Product, Credit Risk, Finance, Agency Front Office, and Lending Service teams to ensure customer deliverables are met. Additionally, you will conduct monthly 1:1's with direct reports and implement development and succession plans for the team. An articulate communicator and strategic thinker with strong ability to lead change is required. Strong banking operational experience with knowledge of corporate lending and LoanIQ is desirable but not essential. Previous people leadership/coaching experience with a proven track record in contributing to building and managing high-performing teams is necessary. A strong focus on risk and compliance, as well as the ability to establish strong relationships across the Group to foster a collaborative approach to uplifting experience and resolving customer issues, is essential.
