**About Us**

We do this using an integrated approach to the full project life cycle, from initial planning and feasibility through to construction and beyond.

**The Opportunity**
Operating from our offices on Sydney within our national HSEQ team. The opportunity will required you to ensure HSEQ compliance across the business and projects. Leading the development and implementation of HSEQ processes and procedures and maintenance of the HSEQ system on a National Level.
Influence the development and execution of HSEQ strategy.

**About You**
Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and work independently to achieve the goals and objectives of the HSEQ Team. Engage with the business through excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Demonstrate behaviors in line with Veris values. Demonstrate commitment to teamwork, and the ability to contribute as a team member and achievement of team and organisational goals and objectives. Perform all duties following Veris values of Working Safely, Working Together, Doing the Right thing, Finding Solutions and Delivering our Best.

Demonstrate experience in:

- Conducting HSEQ Audits and inspections on a national level.
- Ensure all audit/review findings are followed up and closed out as per the audit schedule and corrective action register.
- Producing HSEQ reports delivered in line with the HSEQ procedures.
- Investigating and responding to all incidents in line with the HSEQ procedures.
