**About the Company**
Our client is a family-owned business who are industry leading specialists in Point-of-Sale software and services.
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager / Technical Trainer who can manage key accounts and drive the success of their POS services. You will be responsible for:
- Key account management, conducting governance with key accounts on a basis that suits, tracking meeting minutes, resolution updates and opportunities for expanding business.
- Advocating for said customers within our team, ensuring that tickets are being responded to and resolution communicated.
- Onboarding training for both our POS and Back Office products, following the training checklist for newly onboarded customers before getting training agreements signed and submitted to our accounts team.
**About You**
To be successful in this position you will have experience in the following:
- Technical background in Point-of-Sale (development, configuration, implementation)
- Managing customer relationships and measuring success via customer satisfaction, resolution support, understanding user-ability, technical onboarding, and training.
- Proven experience in managing and building rapport with key accounts.
- Software training experience within the POS industry, or similar
- Great presentation skills coupled with exceptional communications skills
