Technical Trainer

In this role you will be primarily responsible for playing a role in the development, upkeep, and delivery of technical content and courseware for Mimecast Customers, Partners and Customer Operations staff. You'll need proficiency in the full scope of Mimecast products and a strong understanding of departmental processes and procedures. In the role you will play a key role in ensuring all key stakeholders are provided with high quality technical education. Proficiency in this role is primarily assessed from feedback from Customers, Partners, COPS staff, and other key stakeholders. The role will be distributed between three main components:
1. Face-to-face classroom and virtual training

2. Video creation and editing for out Learning Management platform

3. Internal Skills Development

You'll need experience in:

- Delivering Customer and Partner training on products
- Delivering Internal Training for technical, product and other Company related topics
- Management of internal skills development (COPS Induction)
- Training course scheduling, updating and creation
- Training and content delivery (virtual and face-to-face)
- Zoom session hosting
- Training administration
- Previous experience in a fast paced and demanding Training role
- Achievement of Training KPI's
- Training resource planning and management where required such as below: Maintaining training resource materials such as manuals, slide decks and videos. Manuals, stationary, merchandising, catering, venue booking, and certificates required for classroom training
