- This role can be based at either our Training Centre in Alexandria, New South Wales or our Training Centre in Mulgrave, Victoria - you will be joining a passionate and high performing team committed to delivering world-class training. The Technical Trainer role is responsible for delivering Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom training to our Retailer network across Australia and New Zealand.

- Key duties & responsibilities:
- Preparation and delivery of engaging Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom training across a number of portfolios (Technical, Non-Technical, Process and Systems).
- Review and adaptation of training materials and content to suit the Australian/New Zealand market.
- Day-to-Day management of the Training Centre and facility, ensuring all HSE requirements are met.
- Participation in Train-the-Trainer events to further your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain Training Academy tooling, fleet and equipment to ensure a high quality training experience for learners.
- Provide support to Training Academy team as required.
- This role has a requirement for regular domestic and international travel.
**Qualifikationen**:
- What you will need to be successful:
- A relevant automotive trade qualification and a demonstrated history working in the automotive sector.
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz products is desirable.
- A passion for personal development and learning.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and energetic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and good decision-making ability.
- Ability to work autonomously with the support of your team.
- Advanced knowledge on Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Live and breathe flexibility, agility and adaptability
