**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated and energetic Junior Data Analyst and Administrator to join our vibrant team in our Adelaide-based National Support Office.

This position would suit a recent Business Graduate, Qualified Business Analyst or experience as a Business Analyst.

The position is split into two areas:
50% is Data Entry, reporting and analysis using Microsoft Excel

50% is Business Administration including creating business accounts/logins, rostering and general administration.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Point of Sale Database Management;
- Reporting - Dispensary Management (KPI's, Profit and Loss, sales and data entry);
- Maintenance of Operations Manual;
- Provide Support and advice on the quality assurance program for community Pharmacy (Quality Care Pharmacy Program);
- Managing logins to Platforms/systems (Services Australia, Med Advisor and various portals);
- Coordinate Locum Pharmacist Rosters (booking/placements/covering leave);
- Coordinate Dispensary Team Meetings.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Recent Graduate in Business Qualified Business Analyst or relevant experience';
- Reporting skills with the ability to run reports, analyze data and make recommendations;
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office - Excel;
- Highly developed interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills, including the ability to influence and liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders in a way that encourages support and respect;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
