Exciting Data Analyst And Administrator Role

Join a dynamic and growing team as we seek a motivated and energetic Junior Data Analyst and Administrator to support our business operations in Adelaide.

This role would suit recent Business Graduates, Qualified Business Analysts or individuals with relevant experience who possess excellent data entry skills, reporting abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Database Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance of point-of-sale databases.
    • Reporting: Provide insightful reports on dispensary management, including KPIs, profit and loss, sales, and data entry.
    • Operations Manual Maintenance: Update and maintain the operations manual to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Quality Assurance Support: Assist in the quality assurance program for community pharmacies, providing expert advice and guidance.
    • Platform Management: Manage user logins to various platforms and systems, ensuring seamless access and security.
    • Locum Pharmacist Rostering: Coordinate locum pharmacist rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
