Service Delivery Officer

The roleAs a Service Delivery Officer, you will: Training and development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members, including equipment use and safety.
Develop training materials & programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
Quality Assurance: Provide feedback to assist team members adherence to policies and procedures, including quality checking incoming and outgoing mail, sorting & PLANiT registration, document imaging & microfiche scanning
Feedback: Provide constructive feedback based on coaching and quality checking to enhance team member skills and improve customer satisfaction
Reporting: Compile and analyse operational data to identify trends and effectiveness of Coaching activities
Knowledge Management: Maintain knowledge management resources, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
Continuous Improvement: Identify better practices and innovative solutions to enhance mail and scanning operations About you
You will also demonstrate: Certificate in Business, Training or Communication desirable, not essential
Very strong technical knowledge in company, business name and regulatory lodgements
At least 2 years of experience in coaching, training or similar position
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency and experience in using PLANiT
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
