Client Services Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth service delivery, rostering, and client care.

  • Coordinate staff rosters, forward planning, and shift coverage, ensuring accurate and timely schedules with zero double-ups or errors.
  • Manage day-to-day client service operations, including responding to client and staff enquiries, incident follow-ups, and proactive communication.
  • Oversee service schedules, compliance with standards, and accurate record-keeping, including staff/client profiles, shift notes, and incident documentation.
  • Support client onboarding, staff introductions, and training compliance to ensure continuity of care and high satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs across rostering, client satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement, contributing to high-quality and sustainable service outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate daily client services, ensuring prompt responses to enquiries and effective incident follow-up.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff/client interactions, shift notes, and incident documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Identify and address potential issues proactively, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
