Our client enjoys significant success in their niche field, with a very well established brand, successful team and solid client base. An exciting opportunity is now available for an airfreight specialist to join this highly experienced and supportive team, specializing in the time-critical sector.

You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of import / export freight movements with a focus on providing an exceptional level of customer service to ensure your clients are well looked after, their expectations met, and any problems solved promptly.

You will have at least 12 months experience in airfreight operations and experience using Cargowise software. You will be highly organized, with a strict attention to detail as this fast-paced role has little margin for error. The ability to think on your feet and problem solve in a high-pressured environment is essential

As part of this friendly and supportive team, you will receive valuable training to familiarize yourself with the world of time-critical cargo and will also enable you to expand on your already existing freight forwarding knowledge.
