We are seeking a motivated Airfreight Export Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role:

  • Receiving and processing bookings from clients for air freight export shipments.
  • Booking shipments with airlines and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Creating relevant documentation and invoicing clients for charges related to export shipments.
  • Coordinating the collection of cargo from clients and its delivery to airline handling agents.
  • Issuing EDN numbers where applicable.
  • Processing subcontractors' invoices against export files and preparing quotes as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Airfreight Export Operations within an Australian setting.
  • Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Ideal qualifications include valid dangerous goods certification, RACA, and aviation security accreditation.
  • Strong customer service, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to interpret instructions.
