We are seeking an energetic and motivated airfreight specialist to deliver national import airfreight solutions. Based in our Brisbane office, this position is ideal for someone with airfreight experience who's ready to take ownership of results and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing)
  • Serve as a primary contact, liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication, rapid problem-solving, and thorough follow-up
  • Proactively resolve shipment issues, escalating when necessary to maintain on-time performance
  • Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within import airfreight operations with an International Freight Forwarder

  • Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous.
