About the Role- We oversee import/export processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and external regulations.
- Deliver timely quotes for airfreight services.
- Maintain client relationships throughout the service and quoting process.
- Support operational financials including invoicing and job costing.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant position.
- Airfreight export operator experience required.
- Familiarity with Australian Customs & quarantine rules.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Cargowise experience preferred.
- Possess strong customer focus.
- Ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will require a positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents and suppliers.
