**COMMERCIAL MARKETING MANAGER**:

We are seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to join the team

The Commercial Marketing team is responsible for marketing the PUMA and CPG brands across both Trade Environments and Retail Stores, Outlets, Pop-Ups and Concession Stores.

This role is focused on planning and executing marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Strategy and Planning**Develop integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness and sell-through across PUMA retail network
-Drive consistency wherever possible across PUMA B&M and e-commerce locations
-Co-plan and manage the respective Marketing Calendars to drive key launches and activations each season
-Develop plans to drive traffic, consideration and conversation through PUMA full price stores and outlet network
-Leads and executes the marketing plan for new store openings and key activations throughout the store network

**Execution**Execute key launches in line with delivery information, KPIs and budget
-Ensure assets and imagery guidelines are adhered to, aligned with global launch dates and usage rights
-Ensure each campaign is briefed to relevant parties and delivered on time
-Explores opportunities to develop local marketing toolkits for stores to enable them to capitalize on community focused activities
-Manage staff engagement and incentive activities with the support of the Retail Operations team

**Stakeholder Management**Work with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and investment
-Build meaningful relationships with key business representatives
-Manage third party agencies and partners to deliver the best results for the business and partners
-Liaise with regional and Global Marketing teams, sharing relevant work and collaborating on bespoke projects
-Work with Brand Marketing team to align social media messaging and content to achieve consistency market-wide

**Sell-in Support**Work with the Brand Marketing, Retail Merchandise and Retail Operations teams to plan and execute GTM sell-in presentations
-Co-manage seasonal marketing teardowns and planning

**Other**Identify opportunities to assert and grow PUMA's commitment to sustainability
-Co-manage imagery and social media toolkit requests, and basic catalogue and imagery approvals within brand guidelines
-Manage campaign and annual budgets with support from the Team Head
-Place seasonal seeding order for gifting, influencer activity and/or GWP incentives

**YOUR TALENT**:
Bachelor Degree or Higher
-5 years Trade/Retail Marketing experience for a Multi-Category Brand and/or Sport/ Lifestyle
-Project management
-Budget management
-Relationship and management
-People management
-Marketing Calendar development, management and execution
-Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
-Proven ability to work independently and multi-task
-Detail orientated, resourceful, proactive and organised
-Self-motivated
-MS Office - Expert
