We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Support Coordinatorto provide exceptional service to our customers through remote support and troubleshooting on the latest mobility and traceability hardware and software.
This role will work within our Technical Services team, in eitherBrisbane, QLDorMelbourne, VICproviding support on daily operational processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to customers and efficiently resolve issues
Diagnose and provide troubleshooting support related to insignia products encompassing a wide range of home electronics, smart devices, and appliances
Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and problem resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
Collaborate closely with the technical services team to resolve customer problems in alignment with SLA requirements
Stay up to date with product offerings and technical specifications to deliver accurate and practical support
Escalate advanced technical issues to specialised teams when necessary
About you
Proven experience in a customer support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
A customer-focused approach when assisting individuals with technical difficulties
Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software is advantageous
