Are you passionate about helping develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance? Join Sunwater as a Technical Review Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring good governance in relation to technical review processes. You will provide essential support to the Technical Review Process ensuring they are compliant with Sunwater's procedures and the Dam Safety Management Guidelines.

As a Technical Review Coordinator at Sunwater, you will:

- Coordinates and facilitates Technical Review workshops and meetings including timely circulation of documentation.
- Ensures compliance with the Dam Safety Management Guidelines to the extent relevant to Technical Reviews.
- Collaborating with the Technical Reviewer or Technical Review Chair to prepare agenda for Technical Review workshops and meetings, prepare minutes following and update Technical Issues Register.

***We are seeking a talented individual with a proven administrative skills and excellent organisational skills. You will hold a Diploma in Business Administration or practical working knowledge of business and administrative processes gained through on the job experience and have experience providing executive support to committees. You will also bring:

- **Developing processes**: Demonstrated experience in managing complex governance processes and regulatory compliance requirements
- **Software skills**:High level of capability in a variety of software packages including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
- **Communication skills**: Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership, including the Board and executive leadership team.
