**Your new company**
Hays Office Support are currently seeking an APS4 Executive Assistant for a department within the Australian Federal Government. This role sits within a respected national department that supports vulnerable members of our community, and their families. Due to expansion, this position will support the Assistant Secretary, and provide Executive Administration for the branch of Business Improvement and Quality Assurance.

If you are interested in providing high-level administrative, and have experience in Executive support, then this is the position for you
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be the successful applicant you'll have demonstrated experience working in an Executive support role. In addition, you will be;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Adaptable to change
- Highly organised and demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks
- Able to communicate to a high standard and have attention to detail
- Skilled at working in a fast-paced environment and build productive working relationships.
**_ As this is a Federal Government job, all applicants must be an Australian citizen._**
