About the Role:

You will lead our nursing department and be responsible for clinical leadership, team development, patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with our Medical Director, Scientific Director, clinicians, counsellors, and administration team to ensure seamless delivery of services that meet both patient needs and business growth targets.
">

Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
">
Develop, implement, and oversee nursing policies, systems, and protocols to ensure world-class patient care.
">
Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff, ensuring mandatory training and performance reviews are consistently maintained.
">
Drive quality improvement initiatives, audits, and compliance in line with industry standards.
">
Monitor and manage patient feedback, resolving clinical complaints with professionalism and care.
">
Lead operational planning, including resource allocation, rostering, and procurement of clinical supplies.
">
Collaborate with the executive team to support business growth, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
Registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife (AHPRA).
">
Significant experience in women's health, with ongoing professional development in the field.
">
A minimum of three years' experience in the management of patients with infertility.
">
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing nursing teams within a healthcare environment.
">
Strong knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and clinical governance frameworks.
">
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
">
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
