About the Role:
">">You will lead our nursing department and be responsible for clinical leadership, team development, patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
">You will work closely with our Medical Director, Scientific Director, clinicians, counsellors, and administration team to ensure seamless delivery of services that meet both patient needs and business growth targets.

- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.">
- Develop, implement, and oversee nursing policies, systems, and protocols to ensure world-class patient care.">
- Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff, ensuring mandatory training and performance reviews are consistently maintained.">
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, audits, and compliance in line with industry standards.">
- Monitor and manage patient feedback, resolving clinical complaints with professionalism and care.">
- Lead operational planning, including resource allocation, rostering, and procurement of clinical supplies.">
- Collaborate with the executive team to support business growth, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife (AHPRA).">
- Significant experience in women's health, with ongoing professional development in the field.">
- A minimum of three years' experience in the management of patients with infertility.">
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing nursing teams within a healthcare environment.">
- Strong knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and clinical governance frameworks.">
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.">
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing challenges and driving continuous improvement.">
