Job Title: Clinical Leadership Role

 

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical leadership to staff, ensuring effective care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining a high standard of care and quality lifestyle for residents through effective multitasking, prioritization and delegation.
  • Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation, regulations and policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred, along with knowledge of ACFI and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
