**Key Responsibilities**:As a Workplace Assistant in Perth, you'll:

- Provide crucial support to our Workplace Team Leader and Manager.
- Maintain a dynamic and functional workspace environment.
- Assist with new employee setups and office inductions.
- Ensure seamless front-of-house services and AV support.
- Procure office essentials and manage deliveries.
- Contribute to financial processes and office security initiatives.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks for office equipment and facilities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding workplace policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols in the workplace.

**Key Requirements**: To excel in this role, you should bring:

- Confidence in technology and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, demonstrated through clear written and verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to team collaboration and the capacity to take initiative in resolving workplace issues.
