**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a service-focused, tech-savvy Workplace Assistant to ensure an enhanced customer service across all meetings and collaboration areas of our Perth office. As a member of our small but valued Workplace Team, you will be immaculately presented and provide a mature, composed and professional service to both internal staff and our valued clients.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide support and assistance to the Workplace Team Manager.
- Work with the Workplace team to maintain a tidy, safe and functional agile working environment.
- Provide assured, efficient, timely, in-house, technical AV support (video conference and all communication platforms) to our internal and external clients with particular focus on front of house and client-facing spaces.
- Action invoices and other finance and administrative processes related to front of house in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintenance and purchase of general operating stationery, copy paper, office equipment and consumables

**What we'll love about you**:

- Comfortable with technology and able to learn processes and troubleshoot problems calmly and quickly.
- Experience working in a similar role or in the industries of hospitality or customer service will be highly regarded
- A previous role in looking after AV set up will be highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to have a strong customer service focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Polished and professional presentation.
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A self-starter who can work independently, but also contribute proactively to a strong team environment.
