What this job involves
In this role, you're responsible for all the Workplace Services and Front of House activities of a corporate office in the business district zone.
Delivering our workplace services and front of house hospitality in a consistent manner is critical to the job.
Finding ways to bring delight to our business visitors as well as rendering business support with our suite of Workplace Services is also part of the role. Simply put, you will deliver value to our clients by ensuring quality service support to office occupants with the collaborative contributions from our preferred vendor partners and suppliers.
Managing workplace services
Managing customer relationships
Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll manage services and maintenance activities based on the business needs. You'll explore changes to processes for better service quality from their feedback and your observation. Looking after our relationship with suppliers, you'll help in resolving escalated supplier issues and developing the appropriate supplier management and performance metrics.
Adroit and experienced you'll need to have at least three to five years of relevant experience in workplace, hospitality, or service industry.
You know and understand processes such as visitor reception management, meeting room support, general housekeeping and upkeep of office, office support in mail, courier, storage management; vendor management, general finance and sourcing administrative tasks.
A proven relationship builder
You'll be used to effectively communicating with and engaging stakeholders—be they your own team members, colleagues, or external clients.
