This role is instrumental in delivering financial insights and strategic guidance that enhance business performance.You will be a key contributor in supporting both executive and group leaders across the business, helping them interpret financial results and shape future planning through robust forecasting and analysis.
Your analytical expertise and technical acumen, combined with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, will help elevate VENTORA's finance function to world-class standards.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance – Windows and working closely with the Group General Manager – Stegbar, you'll collaborate with finance and business leaders across the VENTORA group, influencing outcomes and driving value across the organisation.Your Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis in collaboration with Accounting and FP&A.Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs.Analyse production costs and identify margin improvement opportunities.Support pricing, product profitability, and customer deal evaluations.Contribute to sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimisation.Develop business cases for investments, product launches, and market expansion.Monitor key financial and commercial KPIs, including gross margin, working capital, and sales.Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and decision-support tools.Ensure financial governance and compliance with internal controls.About YouDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or working towards)5+ years' experience in finance business partnering, ideally in manufacturing or FMCGStrong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing and margin analysisProficient in ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle), Excel, and BI tools ( Power BI)Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for data-driven decision-makingComfortable with challenging assumptions and influencing senior leadersExperience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operationsCommitted to safety and complianceAbout the BenefitsCompetitive remuneration packageFlexible work arrangements and autonomyGenerous product discountsGuaranteed leave over ChristmasExtra paid day off for your birthday—even on weekends
